MANJA'S 50TH BIRTHDAY BASH!

Manja's husband and children planned a great party to celebrate her 50th birthday.

Bryan enlisted Quinn's help in composing the "birthday poem invitation" and invited plenty of family, friends and neighbors. All the kids and Grandma and Grandpa scoured scrapbooks and slides to find the very best pictures of Manja (the very best all occurred before the age of 8).
All of this was done in total secrecy (sort of) and used by Quinn to create another birthday DVD extravaganza filled with 1958 trivia and a photo tribute to the newest "Golden Girl".

The day of the party was absolutely picture perfect weather!! Carly came from Cedar City (and brought her boyfriend, Jeff). My sister even drove in from Vernal just for the party. We gathered a little before the party at Beus Pond and had some family pictures taken. To preview some of them, go to veronicareeve.com. She did Anne's senior pictures and is just great!!

Then we returned home for a couple more pictures and the party. Friends, family, and neighbors all came and shared in some cake and memories.

Thanks family for all your love and support.
You mean everything to me. Love Mom

Enjoy some of the pictures from the party.

MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND

We originally planned to spend
Memorial Day weekend at Bear Lake, but with
the brakes gone on the truck and the bad
weather, we decided to save a boatload of
gas money and work on vehicles instead.

Saturday, was fix up the cars, trucks and go-cart day.

Monday we went to see the new Indiana Jones movie
(along with everyone else in Ogden since it rained all day).
and then we went to Salt Lake to visit the Grandparents
and have a barbecue. Monday was a fun day despite the rain

Bryan's oil and lube service center.
Both Daniel and Bryan at work on vehicles.

New gaskets and spark plugs for Daniel's car.

New rear brakes for Bryan's truck!

The go-cart engine is finally finished
and installed!! It is running, great.
All that's left is figuring out
how to put brakes on it.

We all gathered at Grandma and
Grandpa Zundel's for a barbecue
and of course NERTS!!

It's almost impossible to NOT take
pictures of Emma whenever
we are with her!!
