Its SPRING BREAK!!
But instead of going to party crazy Florida, me and my best friend
Amy chose a safer place to vacation.
DISNEYLAND!!!!
So Tuesday 9th we packed up our things and got to the airport at
5 am. Sat around for a while then flew to San Francisco and sat
around some more, then finally arrived in Anaheim.
We stayed at a great little hotel right across the street,
it looked like a castle.
We spent two and a half days in Disneyland and California Adventure.
It was a lot of fun, no parents, and no brothers.
Some fun and exciting things that happened to us where we got
evacuated out of Indiana Jones because it broke down, got soaked on
Splash Mountain, and went to a great Alandin show. We each bought
really cute Mickey Mouse ears. Mine are pirate ones like Jack Sparrow's.
They have the coolest firework show ever! It's awesome!
On Friday we went home but it was Friday 13th. We had a lot of
trouble last Friday 13th and this one was bad too.
There was weather delays in San Fran so we couldn't leave Anaheim
for 3 hours and we were stuck in the tiniest airport in a sperate building with
no food or drinks and we couldn't go anywhere because we could leave at an
minute. Then when we finally got to San Fran we had to run
our gate and barely made it in time. However then we sat
on the plane for another 30 minutes while they refueled. We
finally made it home starving and tired but it was worth it.
Disneyland really is the happiest place on earth! Although I do
have a new phobia of strollers (they are everywhere!) and
It's a Small World is still the most annoying and creepy ride ever!
